We want you to land and feel at home. The warmth comes from five years of hospitality. The homes come from ten years of Abu Dhabi real estate. Both live in our office on Saadiyat, five minutes from the beach, where the coffee is on us.

Why the name

Open 365 days a year. Because a year here has four summers.

Fly in any day of the year and Abu Dhabi is ready for you. Beach weather in January, museum afternoons in August, Grand Prix in December, Eid with the whole family, a honeymoon in March or a laptop and a sea view for a month. Whatever brings you, we have the home for it, checked before you land, with a person on duty in your language.

Hospitality means someone is expecting you. When you are far from home, small details decide how you feel. The bed, the coffee in the morning, a message answered in minutes. We prepare every home the way we prepare for our own family, because for a few days or a few weeks, it is your home. Our guests arrive from every continent, and our team speaks English, Arabic and Russian, so nobody has to translate their own holiday. Far from home should still feel like home.

The house rules of summer

Rules we keep so you never think about them.

One. A message gets a human answer within five minutes, in English, Arabic or Russian. Day, night, holiday.

Two. The home is inspected hours before every arrival. Hot water tested, beds made, kitchen stocked. No first morning supermarket runs.

Three. We only take homes we can keep to this standard. We say no often. That is why yes means something.

Four. Owners see every dirham. The monthly report is itemized, and if a yearly lease would earn more, we write that too.

Five. Prices are final. The number we quote is the number you pay, guests and owners alike.

Six. Cots, high chairs, late landings, a pharmacy at midnight. Small requests are the job, not an exception to it.
